Talking of Crosstraining in my last post, Yoga turned out to be just simply amazing whilst training for the Copenhagen Marathon this year.

I did an one hour session on one of my rest/crosstraining days and twice a set of 20min yoga after a run.

Fiji McAlpine has created three 20min long Yoga sessions for runners, a pre-run, post-run and injury prevention.

A real treat for your muscles and highly addictive 😉 enjoy
