Come and join Mirjam for this 1h long weekly Vinyasa class just next to Vondelpark (just come after work, or your run).
No previous Yoga experience is necessary- all hamstring lengths are welcome!
We work on strengthening the body, on spacial awareness (key to becoming aware of your running posture), balance and of course flexibility.
Yoga can help you to avoid injuries by creating more balance in the body (balancing out the effect of running, which always uses the same muscle groups over an over. You create more strength in the upper body which will help you to maintain a better running posture throughout your runs.
